An Emerging, Sacramental Expression of the Catholic Tradition

Welcome

Saint Bridget’s meets weekly for fellowship, study and contemplative,  liturgical worship in the ancient pattern set down by our Celtic ancestors from the early history of the united church.

Our faith is that of the first seven ecumenical councils of the undivided Christian Church--that Church which the Nicene Creed, our confession of faith, calls one, holy, catholic and apostolic.

We celebrate the seven sacraments of the Church, and we believe in the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist.

To go into the world and share with all people the Good News brought by Jesus Christ that our Creator loves us, and that we are to love God and one another.

Christians from every denomination and friends from other faith traditions are welcome to worship with us.

This Week's Sermon

This week our minister talked about the overloading of information. In a time when anything and everything is just a click away how do we take a step back and focus on the principles of our faith?

While exploring the question of “What would Jesus do?” in today’s media crazed world, the minister also reflects on the changing state of family and community over the past few decades.

If you didn’t manage to make one of the services this week, you can listen to our Sunday and Wednesday sermons via our podcast.
